The CCPA/GDPR requires businesses to disclose the number of requests received, complied with in whole or in part, or denied. To exercise your rights, please send email to dpo@vimnicast.com.
In 2025, Vimnicast received the below privacy rights requests from California consumers. On average, all privacy rights requests were responded to within fifteen days.

Certain data may not be provided or may be retained according to the vimnicast Privacy Policy, for example, to comply with applicable laws. Examples of denied requests include requests that were not verifiable, requests that were not made by the consumer, and requests that were exempt from disclosure.
